When arriving in Santiago, Chile, you’ll be greeted at the airport. An artisan breakfast will be served on the motor coach as you make your way to tour modern and diverse Santiago located in the heart of Chile’s fertile central valley. As Chile’s capital, it is a vibrant yet eclectic city with a mix of old colonial mansions and soaring skyscrapers. You’ll see the major sights and have time to browse the fabulous Central Market dating back to the late 1800’s. Your wine journey begins with a drive south out of the city to your first visit and tasting at Anakena Winery. Treat your palette to lunch prepared by a local chef at the winery’s beautiful estate located at the foothills of the Andes. After lunch, continue south to the Colchagua Valley where you’ll arrive in peaceful Santa Cruz.
