12th Anniversary

We're gearing up for our 12th Anniversary Celebration. How the time flies when you're having fun! Carol has owned and operated New Horizons Travel since 1999, though the agency has served Ventura County for nearly 30 years. We'd like to thank you our family, friends, associates and travelers as we look forward to at least another 12 years.
